We have a small herd of Shetlands that we use for conservation/ wildlife grazing- rotating/mob-grazing around the farm. The mothers are all very tame, handled and all respect electric fencing. We are in the third year of organic conversion. Calves all born outside and exposed to ticks from birth, never had to use any anthelmintics or other chemicals. Calves will be ready to leave their mothers in June 2026. Sale as cannot keep any of our young stock due to not enough ground.
