Fee Structure

SOPA fees are structured to help you, the producer, to know exactly how much money needs to be budgeted for in respect of your SOPA membership fee.

Fees are set to cover costs incurred for the certification process for organic members. All current, licensed organic producers are visited annually by one of our inspectors for a paper work and farm visit check. Each inspection report is verified and examined by the certification team who check practices are compliant with the SOPA organic standards.

The cost applicable to your membership is dependent on the size of your unit. If you have an area of land you would like to manage organically but it doesn't feature in the table below, please contact the Scheme Manager Louise Prentice for further information.
